Online Therapy & Consultation

A space for honest conversation

Online therapy offers the opportunity to receive warm, calm, and clear support remotely, helping you open up at your own pace.

We untangle questions of meaning, responsibility, and relational patterns.

About Me

My name is Norvidas Rimkus. Iโ€™m a Bali-based, Prague Institute MBA certified therapist and consultant, working with people who think deeply, feel intensely, and sometimes get lost in the complexity of their inner world. Iโ€™m not here to โ€œfixโ€ you or to diagnose you.

During online therapy & consultation, I bring a warm, grounded presence and a conversational style that encourages openness at your own pace. My approach is informed by IFS, somatic awareness, attachment theory, and clear, direct dialogue.

People who work with me often say they feel:

  • understood in a way they didnโ€™t expect
  • relieved to finally talk freely without performing or hiding
  • less stuck in shame
  • more able to navigate complex emotions

Might we be a good fit?

My online therapy is for people who want to understand themselves better in romantic relationships, family dynamics, life direction, and their relationship with themselves. Iโ€™m especially interested in the identity and direction questions hidden underneath these struggles.

When your usual ways of coping stop working

Many people already rely on personal rituals to find calm, be it exercise, yoga, music, or routines. These help the body settle, but often donโ€™t reach the deeper layers and unresolved questions that return even after a good workout.

If this feels familiar

Thereโ€™s a good chance weโ€™ll work well together. Online therapy can become a space where more clarity, steadiness, and inner order begin to take shape.

What it is not suitable for:

Medical diagnosis, acute trauma, psychosis, severe personality disorders, crisis stabilization, clinical depression, intervention.

Frequently Asked Questions

What usually happens in the first session?

We take time to get to know each other. You talk about what brings you here. Thereโ€™s no pressure to say everything at once; we go at your pace. Iโ€™ll also explain how sessions work, what you can expect, and weโ€™ll see whether this feels like the right fit for both of us.

What if Iโ€™m worried that my problems arenโ€™t serious enough for therapy?

If something is bothering you, confusing you, or weighing on you, thatโ€™s enough. You donโ€™t need a crisis or a diagnosis to ask for support. Your experiences matter.

What if Iโ€™m not sure what I want from therapy yet?

Thatโ€™s okay. You donโ€™t need a perfect request. We can explore what feels unclear and see what naturally becomes important as we talk.

What if I have trouble opening up?

You donโ€™t need to open up quickly. Trust builds over time. We follow your comfort level, not a timeline.

How do you decide what we talk about?

We start with whatever feels present for you. Sometimes that leads to deeper themes; sometimes it stays practical. Your experience shapes the session.

Are sessions structured or more free-flowing?

You bring whatโ€™s on your mind, and we follow the thread together. I like to stay focused on what feels important, so if the conversation drifts too far away, I will gently interrupt to bring us back to the topic.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us. The only exceptions are rare legal situations where safety is at risk, which we can discuss if needed.

How often do people usually come to online therapy & consultation, ?

Most people choose weekly sessions, especially at the start. As things settle or become clearer, we can adjust the frequency to whatever feels right for you.

What if Iโ€™ve had a bad experience with online therapy/ therapy before?

You can tell me as much or as little about that as you want. Weโ€™ll go slowly, and youโ€™ll have full control over the pace. Itโ€™s completely valid to feel cautious.

How will I know if therapy is helping me?

Most people notice small shifts first โ€” feeling a bit clearer, calmer, or more grounded. Patterns become easier to see. Emotions feel less overwhelming. Over time, things that once felt tangled begin to make more sense.
